At Ingham House, we provide a range of high-quality nursing home and residential care services for all our residents. These are supplementary to the daily high level of care and service given by our fully qualified care staff.
Residents at Ingham House are always well cared for, including aiding with washing, dressing and personal hygiene. We have an extensive calendar of events and a dedicated activities team, who ensure the daily activities are fun, interesting and rewarding for our residents and day care guests.
Transport
One of the most important things that we are conscious of at Ingham House is providing opportunities for our residents to venture outside of the home. We have vehicles on site and use these to transport our residents to various places including parks, the seafront, garden centres, and more.
Personal Care
We understand that looking after yourself with self-care including having your hair regularly trimmed and coloured can really help boost confidence and improve one’s mood. Therefore, we have an onsite hairdresser and can arrange for chiropodists, etc. to visit.
Amenities
To help facilitate and provide quality to our residents, we provide a range of amenities on site including laundry, a mini library, computers, weekly church services, and a postbox. All of which are available to residents and their families when they come to visit.
In addition to the above, the flexibility on visiting times, providing refreshments and overnight stay facilities to relatives, etc, all contribute to providing an experience that exceeds expectations. Residents have a lot of choice and decide what meals they have, which activities and events are organised for them, and the various places to visit, etc.
